As a Virtual Meeting Specialist, you will provide white-glove service to our clients by leading, monitoring, and processing audio, video, and web events. These include high-profile quarterly investor relations calls, company merger announcements, and medical education events. This involves interaction with C-Suite executives as they prepare for their event and live event moderation. After event conclusion, you will generate post-event analytics that will be sent to clients with statistics of their conference. Other duties include media post-production, web coordination, and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (this is not negotiable)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Phone etiquette with a strong, clear speaking voice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule during peak-periods
• Strong Internet and Web technical skills
• Basic Photo Editing Software experience (Photoshop, GNU Image Manipulation Program, etc) a strong plus
• Basic Audio Editing Software experience (Audacity, Goldwave, etc) a strong plus
• Experience with Streaming Media, Live A/V production a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of
