Job Description

We are an interactive experiential design agency serving the medical, scientific and museum community and are looking for an A/V Technician/Events Manager for our central New Jersey based company. This individual will be responsible for traveling to setting up and staffing onsite events as well as the day-to-day maintenance, shipping and setup of all equipment including computers, touch screen monitors, custom virtual reality displays, mobile devices and internal office equipment. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 2 years paid professional experience with: Working as a brand ambassador at Trade Shows/Events/Conventions Audio/Video Hardware Set Up, Maintenance and troubleshooting including at least 1 of the following: Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mobile Applications, Interactive Computer Games Software Installation/IT and network troubleshooting Onsite Event Management including: Shipping (International and domestic) Travel Logistics (booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements) In addition to in-house management of all equipment, this individual will travel both internationally and domestic to set up our short-term exhibit installations. You will get to see Paris, London, Beijing and more on week long excursions with our team members to see the fruits of your labors. This is a full-time hybrid position with benefits. We are in the office 2-3 days per week. We are a small privately owned company with a 40 year history of excellence.
