What You'll Be Doing Installing and configuring smart home systems: lighting, shading, security, networking, and audio/video Working hands-on with tools and low-voltage wiring in residential and builder settings Learning how whole-home networks, automation systems, and integrated technology come together Representing Elite Smart Home in front of clients — professionally, clearly, and with a positive attitude Working closely with a team of technicians, project managers, and senior staff who'll help you grow Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and picking up new skills on every job What We're Looking For Handy and mechanically inclined — comfortable using tools and working with your hands Genuinely intrigued by technology — you like figuring out how things work Motivated to learn — this is a skills-building role, and your growth depends on your effort Well-spoken and customer-focused — you'll represent our brand in clients' homes A team player — you contribute to a positive, supportive work environment Programming or networking knowledge is a big plus , but not required Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow into a long-term career — not just a job Why Elite Smart Home We train you.
