On-Site Professionalism:
Representing X3cutive with exceptional customer service to school staff, students, and parents.

Setups at schools often start as early as 5:00 AM . If you're on time, you're late.
Unshakeable Work Ethic:
You're ready to jump in, take initiative, and solve problems on the fly without waiting to be told what to do.
Physical Stamina:
You'll be on your feet moving fast, lifting 30-50 lbs of equipment, and staging gear throughout the shift.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening (required for working on school campuses).
Transportation:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to event sites across the DFW area.
The Schedule:
Availability:
Early mornings and weekdays are required; occasional weekend shifts depending on event schedules.
Shift Times:
Can start as early as 5:00 AM and wrap as late as 8:30 PM depending on the event size.
What You'll Get:
Real-World Experience:
Learn high-end lighting, camera systems, and event workflow on major school setups.
