Job Description

Quadrant Health Group is seeking Clinical Support Technicians for our afternoon shift to support virtual care operations. In this role, you'll assist clinicians by managing digital intake, updating EHR records, monitoring virtual waiting rooms, and coordinating follow-up tasks. You'll guide patients through virtual visit setup, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure accurate documentation of encounters. Working closely with nurses and providers, you'll help streamline workflows, improve access, and support high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, mission-driven, tech-enabled environment.
