$44 - 48 per hour Are you ready to shape how enterprise customers engage with a premier digital channel? As a key strategic partner to executive, product, and commercial leaders, you will translate complex insights and technical concepts into high-performing commercial copy across web pages, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversion and measurable revenue growth. Join an elite cross-functional team to transform complex feedback into high-impact digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Integrate Voice of Customer insights with behavioral analytics, market intelligence, and operational data to establish a comprehensive digital experience framework. Diagnose systemic adoption and trust barriers across digital touchpoints to optimize web pages, landing pages, and user retention. Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial language and actionable go-to-market priorities. Facilitate cross-functional strategy sessions to convert quantitative data and qualitative feedback into high-converting email copy and executive recommendations.

Qualifications:

7+ years leading enterprise digital experience research, Voice of Customer programs, or customer insights initiatives. Deep expertise in qualitative research design, feedback collection, sentiment monitoring, and web/behavioral analytics tools. Proven track record of influencing cross-functional leaders to optimize digital activation, engagement, and conversion rates. Exceptional strategic communication skills with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
