IN, IL, OH and Canada. This position will be based out of our Auburn Hills, MI facility.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection. Develop and produce creative, clear, and engaging content for digital platforms including website, blog, email, video, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice. Work closely with the paid advertising team to create compelling copy and visuals for social media campaigns. Provide input on layout and creative strategy for email marketing initiatives. Translate creative direction and technical information into persuasive, audience

• appropriate copy.

Edit and proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company standards. Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions. Support co-workers to foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalist, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE

One to five years of industry experience in copywriting, marketing, or a related field.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and attention to details. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Collaboration and teamwork.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting items such as a laptop computer, or transporting small marketing materials.
