Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Go-to-Market Brand Coordinator who thrives on keeping complex, multi-brand work moving. As the brand team continues to scale across Nike Accessories and Nike Strength, this role helps keep multiple workstreams moving efficiently - working alongside the Director of Brand, Brand Managers, and Creative Producer so the broader team can stay focused on strategy, creative development, and brand growth. This role owns the connective tissue of go-to-market execution - timelines, cross-functional communication, approvals, and workflow - while also writing and editing copy for brand channels and building the toolkits our producers and retail partners rely on for every launch. What You'll Be Responsible For This role will be responsible for (but not limited to): Manage the approval process for creative assets, copy, and launch materials, routing work and tracking sign-off across stakeholders Own and maintain go-to-market timelines, calendars, and trackers across Nike Accessories and Nike Strength Drive day-to-day cross-functional communication, keeping Brand, Product, Operations, and E-commerce aligned on status and next steps Write and edit copy for social, product, and campaign channels, including captions, product descriptions, and launch messaging Build and maintain go-to-market and producer toolkits, packaging assets, copy, and key messaging for retail, regional, and sales partners Organize and maintain brand asset libraries, ensuring content is tagged, versioned, and easy for the team and producers to find and use Support seasonal go-to-market planning by maintaining launch roadmaps and flagging risks to timing or scope Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-ups to keep multiple concurrent workstreams on track Ensure all brand communications, copy, and toolkits meet brand standards, voice, and visual guidelines Who You'll Work With You'll report to the Brand Marketing Director and work closely with the Brand Manager, Creative Producer, and cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and E-commerce.
Qualifications / Skills
Required 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, project coordination, or related fields, with an interest in training, sport, and fitness culture Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice across brands and channels Experience building or contributing to go-to-market or producer toolkits, including asset packaging, key messaging, and launch materials Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders across concurrent projects Comfortable driving cross-functional communication and keeping approvals moving without formal authority Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving, matrixed environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Passion for training, strength, and performance, with curiosity for innovation, trends, and the future of sport Why Join Us?
