11 months, potential for extension Position Overview We are looking for a versatile Copywriter to develop compelling, strategy-driven copy across print and digital touchpoints. You will turn complex concepts—and even legalese—into clear, engaging content that resonates with new, existing, and prospective audiences. Working closely with creative directors, art directors, and cross-functional business partners, you will balance big-idea brainstorming with meticulous execution to build unified brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities Brand Messaging & Campaign Execution:

Write clear, persuasive copy for multi-channel campaigns, ranging from high-impact headlines to detailed instructional content.

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with creative leads, marketing strategists, and internal business stakeholders to translate project briefs and audience insights into effective creative solutions.

Integrated Thinking:

Apply consistent brand voice across diverse products and channels, ensuring each piece aligns with the overall customer journey.

Creative Problem-Solving:

Leverage consumer insights to inform work, push creative boundaries, and determine when to adapt existing framework versus building new concepts from scratch.

Stakeholder Management & Delivery:

Manage multiple concurrent project deadlines, present creative rationale effectively to partners, and deliver polished, error-free work. What We Looking For Strong attention to detail with an understanding of how individual assets fit into the broader customer journey. Ability to articulate the strategic rationale behind creative choices to managers and project partners. Skill in audience-focused writing, framing copy around user benefits, motivators, and key barriers. Flexibility to tailor tone appropriate to the medium—knowing when to be direct (e.g., website UX, candidate prep) versus playful (e.g., events, social, swag). Proactive curiosity and collaboration, including knowing when to leverage subject matter experts or seek additional project context. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience. 2+ years of professional copywriting or creative writing experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in financial services or related regulated industries. Background in Talent Marketing, B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response marketing.
