Pay Range:
35.00 - 36.21 USD per hour Primary Function The Brand Designer is responsible for creating and evolving brand identities and campaign assets that support business objectives and strengthen brand presence across multiple channels. This role partners closely with the Creative Manager and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive visual systems for both existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence in brand execution. Duties & Responsibilities Translate brand strategy into compelling visual design systems, guidelines, and creative assets. Develop brand materials across multiple channels, including packaging, digital, and retail environments. Collaborate with the Creative Manager and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Present design concepts and creative solutions to internal teams and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and refine designs to achieve strategic and creative objectives. Ensure all deliverables align with established brand standards and maintain visual consistency. Prepare production-ready files and assets for various print and digital applications. Skills & Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity systems and multi-channel design applications. Excellent visual design, branding, and creative problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with industry-standard design software and creative tools. Knowledge of file preparation and production processes for both print and digital deliverables. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience in brand design, visual identity development, or creative design roles. Experience creating design systems and executing brand assets across multiple channels, including packaging, digital, and retail environments. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communications, or a related creative field.
