Job Overview As the Art Director, you will help develop and execute the creative vision for Enso Rings. You'll lead the graphic design team, spearhead product design initiatives, and manage all creative services. This role requires a mix of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and hands-on design skills.

Product Design:

Oversee art direction, concepting, and execution of all ring design artwork Develop data-driven design concepts through fashion and design trend analysis and competitive research Manage all packaging surface artwork, including any related inserts or marketing materials Collaborate with product development on R&D projects including new design concepts and new product styles Manage creative aspects of product collections and launch assets

Management:

Create scalable processes (component libraries, Asset Management, templates, etc.) Ensure creative is designed to convert on the site (mobile or desktop) and email Oversee the in-house design team (two designers) and manage external partners Assist with licensor relationships by providing design presentations and implementing design revisions based on licensor feedback Managing creative design across multiple brands

Brand Marketing:

Support campaign concepts for product launches Assist in ensuring compliance with brand standards both internally and externally Assist in bringing the Enso brand and story to life across all customer touchpoints Assist with various in-house design projects like pitch decks, tradeshow graphics, and wholesale displays

Skills:

5+ years experience as an Art Director or similar role Expertise in creative design and direction Understanding of digital marketing and the full funnel (awareness to retention) Experience with a product driven ecommerce brand Fanatical about details Strong communication with the ability to provide candid constructive feedback Ability to manage many projects simultaneously Proficiency in Adobe Suite & Figma Enso Rings Company Overview As a fast-growing leader in the silicone rings industry (you might have seen us on Shark Tank), Enso Rings is on a mission to disrupt the traditional jewelry industry while being a force for good in the world. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
