Strong & Reliable Helper Needed for Regular Evening Shifts Setting up luxury beach picnics on Indian Rocks Beach. This is physically demanding job, not an event-hosting or decorating-only position. You should be responsible, detail-oriented, careful with décor, able to follow written instructions exactly, able to work independently after training, look presentable, communicate politely with clients, and be physically fit for outdoor work. Schedule Shift days/times vary based on event bookings You must be available every evening after 4:00 PM so I can assign shifts as bookings come in 3-5 events per week (depending on the season) One shift is about 2-4 hours a day around sunset You will get the weekly schedule in advance Sometimes a last-minute booking may come up Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Last-minute cancellations are not accepted Pay $20/hour during paid training $50-$100 per event after training Parking reimbursed The Work Pick up, load/unload, and transport equipment from storage to the beach and back (short trip under 2 miles) Set up and tear down décor on the beach Outdoor physical work in Florida heat: lifting 50+ lbs, loading and unloading equipment, pulling heavy carts through sand, bending, kneeling, digging, installing anchors, and setting luxury décor. Carts and tools are provided. Décor is fragile and must be handled with care. Must Have Live within 15 minutes of Indian Rocks Beach Reliable car with a spacious trunk (pickup truck a plus) Available every evening after 4:00 PM Willing to work weekends and holidays Able to work in heat with heavy equipment Able to take good photos and videos on your own phone (reliable phone with a good camera) After you click Apply, you will receive a link to a short application form.
