As a member of the Des Moines Buccaneers Promo Crew, you have a wide range of responsibilities. From assisting on-ice mini-games on gameday to attending community events in the offseason. This position is great for somebody with a passion for working in a fun, fast-paced environment. Assist with set up and tear down of the arena Assist with the execution of partnership activations Interaction with fans that enhances their experience at the game Adjust to changes in-game plans on the fly Attend a number of different events throughout the community, advocating for the Buccaneers Build the Buccaneers brand by assisting with giveaways and promotions at non-game events At events, set up and operate and tear down informational booths, mini-games, and all other event equipment

Requirements:
