Resource Development/Foundation Job Summary The SKYCTC Office of Philanthropy is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable work-study student to join our team. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between our generous donors and student success. You will assist with general office operations, special event support, and play a role in bringing exciting campus events to life. This position is on the Main Campus, located at 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101. The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 15 hours per week, flexible with class schedules. Anticipated employment is August 2026 - May 2027. Subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Job Duties:
  • Manage digital files
  • Handle mailings
  • Data entry
  • Scanning
  • Assist with communications to various constituents
  • Assist with planning and set up for Foundation-hosted events, campus ceremonies, and community gatherings
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
Declare a program of study. Be enrolled in at least 6 hours for the Fall and Spring semesters. Maintain a 2.0 GPA. Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Time Frame (MTF) requirements each semester. Have a completed FAFSA on file. The Department of Education requires ample room in the student's financial aid budget to allow for a work study award. Kentucky State Law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.
