S_180375 We are seeking hard-working, physically fit, and dependable Event Installation Crew Members to join our team in delivering large-scale event production, tenting, staging, and custom setup across the D.C. Metro area.
Responsibilities:
Setup & Teardown:
Load, transport, assemble, dismantle, and unload heavy event equipment including temporary structures, staging, flooring, lighting, tables, chairs, and decor.
On-Site Operations:
Work as part of a crew to safely execute event layouts according to site plans and supervisor directions.
Travel & Transport:
Depart from our Frederick, MD hub and travel to job sites across MD, VA, and Washington, D.C.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain tools, secure loads, and ensure all gear is properly accounted for and cleaned post-event.
Working hours:
6:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Valid driver's license preferred.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years

Background & Experience:
Experience in construction, staging, trade labor, landscaping, moving, or high-intensity manual labor.
