Job Description

Hours:

Hours vary based on the home athletics schedule and departmental needs. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sports Information Department with game-day operations during home athletic events. Help ensure athletic events run smoothly and efficiently. Perform assigned event duties before, during, and after competitions. Work collaboratively with Athletics staff and other student employees.

Required Skills:

Dependable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, and volleyball is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Ability to work evenings and weekends. Willingness to attend most home athletic events. No prior experience required; training is provided. Type(s) of

Operate scoreboards and game clocks. Assist with in-game statistics. Provide public address (PA) announcing. Manage music during athletic events. Capture event photography. Support other game-day operations as assigned.
