This is an active, customer-facing role. You'll be moving around, helping guests, running games, and keeping the arcade clean, stocked, and ready to play. We're looking for people who stay busy, take initiative, and help create a great experience for customers. Many shifts are independent. We provide clear training and checklists so you always know what to do. Responsibilities Open or close the arcade Greet guests and help them get started Walk the floor and assist customers Keep machines clean, stocked, and working Help guests understand games and win prizes Maintain a clean arcade (machines, floors, restrooms) Assist with birthday parties and group events Travel to events (Game Truck, Laser Tag, VR) when scheduled Complete shift checklist before clocking out Requirements Friendly and comfortable with customers and kids Reliable and shows up on time Able to stay active and work independently Available evenings and weekends Customer service experience preferred Reliable transportation (some events may be up to 1 hour away) Pay & Hours $15-$16/hour (W2) Typically 6-15 hours/week Additional hours available through events Opportunities Bonus pay based on performance Opportunities to run events Travel to off-site events Why Work Here Fun, fast-paced environment Variety between arcade and events Small team with trust and responsibility
