Shifts Monday - Friday start around 4p and Saturday and Sunday shifts start as early as 10a. All shifts end when business slows for the evening. Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Laser Tag/Arcade/Birthday Person. You will be responsible for managing events, facilitating games, and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities Oversee and manage laser tag sessions, arcade games, and birthday parties to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during events and at the arcade. Engage with children and families to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including decorations and food service as needed. Conduct public speaking duties to announce game rules, event schedules, and special announcements during parties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area and event spaces. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality guest services in alignment with company standards. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests of all ages. Experience working with children is highly desirable. Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately. Public speaking skills to confidently engage with guests during events. Background in food service or theater can be beneficial for this role.
