Job Description
About the Role We're a fast-growing multi-channel e-commerce company (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Whatnot) looking for an energetic, on-camera personality to host live sales streams from our warehouse. You'll present products in real time, engage viewers, answer questions, and drive sales — especially during high-traffic weekend hours. No previous live selling experience is required — we're looking for a great personality, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn. Paid training is provided. You'll have full access to our products, streaming setup, and team support. Key Responsibilities Host live streams across platforms (TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay Live) Present products in an engaging, professional, and informative way Answer live customer questions and overcome objections in real time Drive conversions and maximize sales during each stream Assist with preparing products before live events Plan content strategies with the team to grow engagement and viewership Track performance and continuously improve results Requirements Confident and comfortable on camera (or willing to learn) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, performance-driven Familiarity with social media platforms and trends Live streaming, content creation, sales, or retail experience is a plus — not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18-$25, based on experience and performance) Paid training Flexible scheduling Employee discount Full-time, stable position with a rapidly scaling company Fun, supportive team environment and real opportunity for growth What Success Looks Like Growing viewership and engagement Strong audience interaction and retention Increasing sales and conversion rates Becoming the recognizable face of our live selling brand How to Apply Submit your resume along with a link to any video of you on camera — a TikTok, live stream, or short self-intro.
