Applicants must provide their own transportation. About the Opportunity The Three Rivers Aces are looking for motivated individuals to join our 2026-27 gameday and operational staff. We are particularly interested in high school and college students who want to gain hands on experience in sports, data analytics, broadcasting, media, entertainment, and live event operations. These are unpaid volunteer opportunities. College students may have the opportunity to receive college credit through an internship, subject to approval and requirements of their college or academic program. Previous experience is not required for every position. We are looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn, work as part of a team, and contribute to the organization. One City. Three Rivers. All in. Available Positions Applicants will complete one application and select the position they are interested in. -Junior Data Analyst- Assist the Data Analyst with collecting, organizing, cleaning, maintaining, and analyzing team and game data. Responsibilities may include statistical tracking, data entry, data quality control, reporting, and identifying trends. A basic understanding of hockey is preferred but not required and will be helpful when interpreting game and player data. Applicants should have a basic understanding of mathematics, statistics, and be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel. Advanced knowledge of mathematics, statistics, hockey, or Excel is not required; training and guidance will be provided. Expected commitment : Saturday home games, plus approximately 2 additional hours per week outside of game day for data related work. -DJ- Operate music during home games and assist in creating an energetic and entertaining gameday atmosphere.

Saturday home games. -Scorekeeper- Accurately record game events and statistics throughout home games and maintain reliable game records.

Saturday home games. -PA Announcer- Provide public address announcements throughout home games, including lineups, goals, assists, penalties, promotions, and other game information.

Expected commitment:

Saturday home games. -Camera Operator- Operate cameras during games and capture live game footage for the streaming and media teams.

Expected commitment:

Saturday home games. -Streaming Director- Direct the live broadcast, coordinate camera operators, select camera feeds, and oversee the production of the game stream.

Expected commitment:

Saturday home games. -Photographer- Photograph games, players, fans, and other Three Rivers Aces activities for team media and promotional purposes.

Expected commitment:

Saturday home games. -Videographer- Capture and produce video content from games, events, interviews, and other team activities.

Expected commitment:

Saturday home games, with additional time potentially required for editing and content production. Gameday Commitment Home games are currently scheduled for Saturdays at 4pm. All gameday staff are expected to: Arrive 2 hours before the scheduled game time Remain at the facility until 30 minutes after the game ends Be reliable and prepared to perform their assigned responsibilities Follow instructions from appropriate team and gameday personnel The exact amount of time required beyond the gameday schedule will depend on the position. Some positions may have opportunities to travel with the team, but travel opportunities are position dependent and are not guaranteed.

Home (12 games with 4pm starts): 10/17, 10/24, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 3/6, 3/20 Away (12 games, 7-7:30pm starts): 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/28, 12/19, 12/26, 1/2, 2/13, 2/20, 3/13, 3/21, 3/27 All times and dates are subject to change.
