Mix N Morph Media Camdenton, MO (On-site at properties + events / Remote editing) Part-time | Contract | Freelance (1099) About the Role Mix N Morph Media is hiring two videographers/photographers to capture real estate, lake lifestyle, and events across the Lake of the Ozarks. You'll work on a consistent project pipeline with a small, collaborative team. What You'll Do Shoot high-quality real estate photography and video & photos for residential and commercial listings Capture lake lifestyle and event content that showcases the region Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure projects meet quality standards and creative vision Manage project timelines independently and deliver on schedule What We Need Proven videography experience (not photographers looking to add video). Your portfolio must show substantial video and photo work. Creative vision and the ability to guide clients toward the shots and angles that elevate the final product Portfolio demonstrating real estate, lifestyle, or event videography work (reel, website, or Google Drive folder) Reliable transportation throughout Camdenton and the Lake of the Ozarks area Self-directed work style with strong time management and deadline discipline Ability to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with a small team Required Skills Video shooting, lighting setups, and camera operation in various environments Drone operation and aerial footage capture Video editing software proficiency (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Davinci, or equivalent) Color correction and basic motion graphics Audio recording and mixing for video production Still photography to complement video projects Understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery standards Why This Role Works Steady project flow, not one-off gigs Flexible scheduling within business needs 1099 status for tax deductions on equipment, mileage, and software Paid holidays Build portfolio work in a visually rich market
