Position Overview We're looking for a skilled Sports & Group Photo Editor to join our Operations Department on the Sports & Editing Team. This person will be responsible for processing, editing, and organizing individual and group photos from sports teams, student groups, and other school-related sessions. This role requires a strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom, with an emphasis on digital editing efficiency and image quality. Experience using Pixnub plugins is a big plus, as it's a key tool in our sports workflow. You'll also use our internal software, Workflow, to manage pre- and post-edit image sets, and help us maintain a smooth production pipeline. Key Responsibilities Edit and process individual and group sports/team photos using Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop Use Pixnub plugins within Photoshop for efficient team composites and cutouts Manage image organization, naming, and pre/post-edit stages in Workflow Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and professional presentation Edit miscellaneous group photos for schools (e.g., clubs, classroom groups, staff groups) Collaborate with the Sports & Editing team to meet project deadlines Handle large batches of images with speed and accuracy

Qualifications & Skills Required:

High attention to detail and visual accuracy Very proficient on a Mac Comfortable navigating digital platforms and learning new software Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Excellent attention to detail and color consistency Strong file organization habits and ability to work through large volumes efficiently Some comfortability using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to track progress Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team Preferred but not

Required:

Interest or experience in photography or school/volume photography Experience using Pixnub plugins for sports and green screen workflows Familiarity with Workflow or other photography data management tools Familiarity with Workflow (e.g. Blueprint or similar data/photo management platforms)
