Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Closet & Specialty Storage Design and Sales Specialist, where your creativity and sales expertise will transform spaces and elevate customer experiences. In this role, you will combine your passion for interior design, technical skills, and sales acumen to craft customized storage solutions that meet clients' unique needs. You will guide customers through the design process, showcase product demos, and close high-end sales with confidence. Duties Engage with customers to understand their storage needs, preferences, and remodeling goals through active communication and relationship building Utilize SketchUp, CAD, Mosaik and layout design tools to create detailed, visually appealing storage solutions tailored to client specifications Present product demos, lighting design options, and remodeling ideas to inspire clients and facilitate informed purchasing decisions Conduct inside and outside sales activities, including upselling premium features and closing high-value deals Assist customers with product selection, pricing negotiations, and deal closing while providing exceptional customer service Maintain organized records of client interactions using CRM systems and POS software to ensure seamless follow-up and follow-through Support merchandising efforts by stocking displays, updating signage, and ensuring showroom presentation aligns with brand standards Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end or custom solutions Strong proficiency in SketchUp, CAD and Mosaik software, Microsoft Office suite, Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, fixture sales, lighting design, interior design, and construction experience is highly desirable Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases more effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in layout design and project management Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous) for client consultations and team collaboration Basic math skills for measuring spaces, calculating costs, and managing retail math transactions Quarterly bonus opportunities based on sales Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through innovative storage solutions! $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
