This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in fashion who is equally comfortable with creative work and the organization happening behind the scenes. The Assistant Fashion Designer will track ongoing projects, manage seasonal tasks, maintain clear priorities, and follow through on important details from one collection to the next. • Candidates must submit a cover letter to be considered. Responsibilities Track ongoing design and product-development projects Maintain task lists, deadlines, and seasonal development calendars Help manage priorities for current and future collections Organize samples, materials, design references, and project information Follow up on outstanding tasks and communicate project updates Assist the design team with research and day-to-day creative needs Identify potential delays and help keep projects moving Work independently while collaborating closely with the broader team Qualifications Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail A genuine passion for fashion, design, and product development Relevant fashion experience or education is preferred Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication and follow-through Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related design programs is a plus
