Job Summary Frenchie's Floral Studio in downtown Juneau is hiring a Floral Designer / Retail Sales Associate. We're not just a flower shop. We're a hub of creativity where flowers, plants, and curated gifts come together, and we love bringing a little beauty and joy to this community. This is a role for someone who likes people as much as they like flowers and plants. You'll design floral arrangements, help customers find the right gift, share plant care tips, run the register, and keep the shop looking good. Part-time is open to all experience levels, and we're happy to train. Full-time is reserved for an experienced floral designer and retail salesperson. Higher starting pay is available if you already have experience in floral design or retail sales. Responsibilities Design and assemble floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift orders for everyday sales and special occasions Provide customer service in person and by phone, helping customers select flowers, plants, and gifts Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately Share plant care and houseplant guidance with customers (we'll teach you what you need to know) Complete local flower deliveries in the Juneau area Stock, merchandise, and maintain retail displays and shop cleanliness Answer phones and email inquiries promptly and professionally Support inventory counts, receiving, and restocking Qualifications A genuine love of flowers, plants, and design Friendly and outgoing. This isn't a job where you wait behind the counter. Our team stays engaged with every customer who walks in or calls

Part-time:

retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required. We will train

Full-time:
