Duties Design and assemble beautiful floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and occasions Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on floral choices, plant care, and gardening tips Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the floral department is inviting and well-presented Provide excellent customer service through friendly phone communication and in-person interactions Support outdoor work activities such as lawn care, landscape maintenance, and plant identification to enhance store surroundings Manage inventory levels, restock floral supplies, and keep track of stock using retail math skills Requirements Prior experience in floral design, gardening, or landscape maintenance is highly preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Knowledge of horticulture practices, plant identification, and outdoor work experience Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, retail sales, and merchandising techniques Ability to perform retail math accurately for inventory management and sales transactions Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and floral arrangement assembly Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and creating positive shopping experiences Join us if you're eager to combine your love of plants with energetic customer engagement!
