Experience in customer service and floral design roles In-depth knowledge of flowers and floristry Strong work ethic Positive attitude Flexible schedule Eye for design Personable and engaging demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to adapt to our design style Ability to multitask, prioritize, and show initiative in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Valid CA driver?s license One year minimum commitment

Responsibilities:

Customer service via phone and email Inputting orders into point-of-sale system and printing gift cards Event consultations, quotes, and proposals Flower arranging Managing delivery couriers Updating product catalog on website
