Duties Create eye-catching floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, Funerals, events, and everyday orders, adhering to customer specifications and design standards Maintain the health and appearance of plants and flowers through proper watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control techniques Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants by providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences and needs Manage inventory levels by stocking fresh flowers, plants, floral supplies, and merchandising displays to ensure an appealing store presentation Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing while maintaining excellent customer service Utilize plant identification skills to advise customers on plant care requirements and troubleshoot horticultural issues effectively Skills Proven experience in floral design with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Strong knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, watering schedules, soil types, and pest management Excellent communication skills in English Proficiency with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions Outstanding organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean workspace Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively over the phone or in person Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail floral environment Embark on a fulfilling career where artistry meets horticulture!
