Responsibilities Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the appearance of the sales floor through merchandising, stocking fresh flowers, and organizing displays to attract customers Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and processing payments efficiently Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, identifying plant varieties through plant identification skills, and replenishing supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service via in-person interactions and phone communication, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure proper plant care by watering, pruning, and maintaining outdoor work areas when necessary to keep plants healthy and vibrant Experience Previous experience in retail sales, floral design, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for horticulture is essential Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and POS transactions effectively Knowledge of plant identification, floral design techniques, and outdoor work experience will be advantageous Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with retail math concepts such as pricing, discounts, and cash handling procedures Ability to work outdoors when needed and handle physical tasks involved in gardening and landscape maintenance Join us to cultivate beauty every day!
