We are looking for the best talent! Looking for the "IT" designers in all aspects of the floral field : Everyday offerings, luxury, sympathy, corporate, special events and weddings. Ideally we would like to find florists that will blend well within our team, who can also assist clients, answer calls, assist with retail operations in store, set-up / tear down events around metro detroit, and who would love to represent our shop at local events, wedding shows etc. We are a Retail Florist with a storefront in Novi, MI as well as Event Flower Specialist. Must be comfortable assisting customers, taking orders in person / over the phone as well as non floral task such as: Inventory, Restocking, Cleaning, Seasonal Decorating We all work as a team to get things done! No one is beneath scrubbing a bucket or taking out trash. All of our florist are trained to perform everyday floral functions such as processing, cleaning, designing etc. and are also expected to be a team player assisting on the retail floor when needed, learn our website designs, be able to professionally connect with our clients and corporate accounts. We are looking to hire 2-4 florist in the next month as we are entering our busy season of homecoming, fall events, upcoming holiday events and busy retail season.
