Job Description
Overview We are a busy event floral design company located in Bohemia. We are looking for an organized individual to assist with administrative duties along with floral duties. Responsibilities Correspond with couples - new inquiries, schedule meetings, light administrative duties. Check in all flower and supply deliveries. Assist in processing flower deliveries. Calling venues, couples, wholesalers, etc. Contacting wholesalers when items are missing or damaged, figuring out a solution. Handle all supply ordering. Prepping all hard goods for weddings- includes lots of cleaning. This individual must be hard working with excellent communication skills. Must able to be on their feet for long hours. Must be available Monday and Tuesday for a 9am start. Weekend availability would be a plus should we need extra hands for set ups. We are looking for someone to grow with us and possibly be able to take on more hours next season. This is a part time
