Responsibilities Assist the floral design team in creating stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and custom designs that meet customer specifications. Support the management of daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory control of floral supplies and related products. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions about floral options, plant care, and garden products. Oversee sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash handling duties accurately, and perform retail math to ensure proper register balancing. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by managing stock levels, labeling plants and flowers correctly, and ensuring all displays are attractive and inviting.. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in all aspects of floral design. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a retail environment. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Familiarity with, cashiering procedures, retail sales techniques, and merchandising standards. Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
