This position requires someone with a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive outlook. Successful candidates must demonstrate team-building qualities and creative merchandising abilities. Schedule must be flexible to meet the needs of the business, especially during busy holiday weeks.

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service and help customers select flowers based on needs and taste. Create floral arrangements and merchandise displays to company standards. Maintain knowledge of flower and plant care. Help plan and execute busy holiday periods, including working extra hours (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time. Working outside for periods of time to care for displays. Lifting up to 40 lbs.
