Job Description

Join Our Team at Baack's Flowers & More - Part-Time Floral Designer -- The schedule for this position is 8 am to 10 am, Monday through Thursday and rotating Saturdays 8 am to noon. We have a 2nd full time position open as well for an experienced designer. Baack's Flowers & More is seeking a creative, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time or full-time floral designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Design floral arrangements for everyday occasions and funeral services with efficiency and attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients Assist walk-in customers with flower selection and complete sales transactions Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service Support flower processing and cooler rotation as needed

Qualifications:

Strong vase and funeral design skills Punctual, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable answering phones and engaging with customers in a retail setting

Note:

This position requires a willingness to assist with customer service, including phone calls and in-store support.

Job Types:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you tell me more about your retail floral design experience? We are looking for someone who can independently design funeral sprays, wreaths, urns, everyday vase arrangements, centerpieces, and weddings.
