Job Description
Do you have a passion for flowers, creativity, and helping couples bring their dream weddings to life? We are looking for a Wedding Floral Designer and Coordinator to join our team. Love You More Special Events is a full service, one stop shop event and wedding planner, floral designer, and caterer. We specialize in unique, personalized events that tell the story of the couple or host. In this role, you will: Design, beautiful, custom floral arrangements for weddings and special events. Guide couples through the design process. This may include but not limited to design meetings at the floral wholesaler to help select floral. Manage floral inventory, create recipes, and coordinate event setup and installations. Deliver an exceptional client experience while bringing creative visions to life. We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in floral design especially wedding floral Organized and detail-oriented Customer focused with strong communication skills Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Creative, self-motivated, and passionate and weddings Experience in Wedding Coordinator is a bonus and may provide more work hours Has reliable transportation Available to work typically wedding calendar work hours which includes Thursday - Saturday. May include possible Sundays. Able to work often on your feet for many hours Wedding work can be incredibly rewarding.
