Responsibilities Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday displays Assist customers in selecting flowers and designing custom bouquets that meet their needs and preferences Maintain the freshness and quality of floral inventory through proper handling and storage Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that attract attention and promote sales Manage stock levels by stocking flowers, tools, and supplies efficiently Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and customer payments Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering gardening tips, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Requirements Proven experience in floral design .
