Shifts will start ASAP and go through the beginning of October Artisan Bloom is Utah's premier Event Florist, we specialize in large scale floral installations for weddings and corporate events. Our Team embodies graceful hustle and we expect that mentality from all our employees. If you want to spend the summer hustling to make wedding dreams come true, this is the place for you! Our wedding season is from May to October. This position requires Thursday and Friday availability, with options to expand into Saturday & Tuesday shifts. Happy to discuss our needs and dates when you've applied. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 dollars an hour depending on experience. Please include your resume. If pursuing design work a link to your portfolio should also be included. Responsibilities Mid-week work are 8 hours shifts. 10 to 12 hours wedding/production days on Saturdays Work independently or with a team to execute pre-planned wedding decor designs and installations. Candles, Floral, displays, installations, and structures Responsible for making sure the designs are up to brand standard. Fix issues with tape, bloom placement, candle configuration as needed. Dependability is paramount, missing a shift is grounds for termination. Mid-week shop shifts include processing flowers & designing. Qualifications Must have a desire to work in the floral and wedding industries Must have a high school diploma Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license, Van/Box Truck experience appreciated! Must have extensive wedding floral design experience Must excel at taking direction and working under limited supervision Must have embody graceful HUSTLE. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor. (We love your hair, your tattoos, and your style, so long as you keep it chic and professional.)
