Responsibilities:

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF ACTUAL FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE

• Create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies (cutting & processing flowers, filling buckets with water, etc..)
• Keep the floral shop clean and organized
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills:

REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year experience working as a floral designer in a flower shop. Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. Proficiency in floral design techniques and arrangements, ability to accept constructive criticism in regards to design technique.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR ONLY EXPERIENCE IS WORKING AS A CASHIER AT A HOME&GARDEN STORE. ACTUAL FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION.

Ability to communicate effectively in English. Experience in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a broader customer base.
