We are looking for a Graphic Production Artist who can turn creative direction into polished, accurate, production-ready work across apparel, print, packaging, advertising, social content, and digital graphics. This is a hands-on role in a growing company. Priorities will evolve, and the right person will combine strong visual judgment with excellent production discipline while remaining flexible and willing to help wherever the team needs support. What You Will Do Create and refine ads, graphics, product artwork, packaging, and brand materials. Build and maintain design files in Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Prepare production-ready files for printers, apparel decorators, vendors, and internal production. Check dimensions, resolution, color mode, bleeds, fonts, linked assets, spot colors, separations, naming, and version control. Adapt approved creative across products, placements, sizes, and channels without weakening the brand. Follow brand guidelines and maintain organized templates, components, and asset libraries. Work closely with marketing and production to turn briefs into accurate finished work. Support related social, marketing, production, and brand needs as priorities shift. Review proofs, catch problems early, and correct files before time or materials are wasted. What We Are Looking For Professional experience in graphic design, production art, prepress, or a related role. Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Experience creating clean, accurate print-production files. A trained eye for advertising, typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand consistency. Excellent attention to detail, organization, file management, and follow-through. Clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort receiving feedback. Flexibility, a team-first attitude, and willingness to step into related work when needed. Ability to work on-site in Northwest Arkansas, full-time Monday through Friday. Bonus Experience Apparel printing or decoration, including screen printing, heat transfer, dye sublimation, DTF, DTG, or embroidery. Preparing artwork for different fabrics, placements, and vendor specifications. Adobe Photoshop, photography, retouching, packaging, signage, or ecommerce creative. Sports, apparel, fitness, outdoor, or direct-to-consumer brands. Portfolio Required Please submit a portfolio showing brand work, advertising, graphics, and production-ready design. Be prepared to explain your role, the tools and production process used, and a problem you caught or solved before final output.
