Junior Graphic Designer / Office Assistant Seeking a creative and organized person to join our team. You will design basic marketing materials and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is great for a beginner who wants to grow their design skills while helping with daily office tasks. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (50%) Create graphics, flyers, and ads. Format documents, presentations, and reports to look professional. Follow our brand rules for all design work. Make simple edits to existing designs based on feedback. Office Duties (50%) Answer phone calls and greet office visitors. Sort and send mail or packages. Order office supplies and keep supply areas neat. Help organize team meetings and take notes. Help with basic data entry and file organization. Job Requirements Basic skills in design software like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. A portfolio or examples of your design work. Good skills in writing, speaking, and listening. Comfort using computers, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and good time management.
