The Role:

As a Graphic & Digital Designer , you'll collaborate directly with our Creative Director & Founders to help shape the visual world of Courting across product, digital, social, and campaigns. You'll be involved across the creative process — from collection development, graphics, and tech packs to social content, photo retouching, web assets, advertising creative, and brand storytelling. We're looking for someone with a strong design eye who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, can move comfortably between fashion and digital, and wants to make an immediate impact on a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

Create digital sketches, moodboards, and fabric/color stories. Assist with tech packs and line sheets for factories and internal stakeholders. Support social media planning and develop creative assets for Instagram and other brand channels. Edit and retouch campaign, editorial, e-commerce, and social photography. Design digital assets for the Courting website, including homepage, collection, launch, and promotional graphics. Develop creative for paid digital advertising across Meta, Pinterest, and other platforms. Create and adapt graphics for email marketing, launches, collaborations, events, and brand storytelling. Resize and optimize creative across social, web, email, and advertising placements. Research trends, materials, silhouettes, typography, and visual references across fashion, sport, and culture. Help maintain a cohesive visual identity across all consumer touchpoints. Organize the design archive, samples, and digital asset library.

Who You Are:

Experience in graphic design, fashion design, digital design, or a related creative field. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong photo editing and retouching skills. A strong eye for layout, proportion, typography, color, and brand identity. Comfortable designing across both physical product and digital platforms. Culturally fluent — you understand the intersection of sport, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle. Able to interpret creative direction and translate it into polished, brand-right execution. Self-motivated, curious, highly organized, and comfortable wearing many hats in a startup environment.
