This role sits at the center of our creative and product development process. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving from initial concept through final approval and production, coordinating the work of our Graphics and 3D teams and making sure deadlines, deliverables, handoffs, and approvals stay on track. Monitor the progress of individual projects and identify potential delays or roadblocks early. Manage the workflow and handoff between the 3D and Graphics teams , making sure each team has the correct files, information, specifications, and approvals needed to begin their work. Ensure that 3D and Graphics teams are working from the latest versions of models, artwork, and project information, preventing unnecessary rework caused by outdated or incomplete files. Coordinate communication between the two teams when changes to a 3D model affect graphics, packaging, manuals, stickers, PDQs, or other visual assets, and vice versa. Make sure deliverables move smoothly from one team to the next and that responsibilities and next steps are clearly defined at every stage of the project. Coordinate communication between designers, 3D artists, product development, and other internal teams. Keep projects moving through multiple rounds of revisions and approvals. Track licensor approval status and make sure required submissions, revisions, and follow-ups happen on schedule. Each team member assigned to a licensed project will be responsible for managing their specific licensor approval process; the Project Manager will oversee the overall timeline and ensure those approvals don't fall through the cracks. Review creative work and provide feedback when appropriate, particularly when decisions require an understanding of design, composition, visual quality, or product presentation. Help prioritize revisions and determine what needs to be addressed to keep projects moving toward completion. Make sure final artwork, 3D models, packaging, manuals, PDQs, and other deliverables are completed and properly organized. Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates on project status. Identify bottlenecks and work with team members to find solutions. Excellent communication and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously. Strong visual and design sensibility with the ability to understand and discuss creative work. Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback. Ability to understand creative workflows and the time required for design, illustration, 3D modeling, packaging, and revisions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify problems before they become major delays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. Ability to work effectively with both creative and non-creative team members. Experience with packaging design, dielines, PDQs, or consumer product graphics is a plus. Experience working with licensed products or licensors is a strong plus. Experience in the toy, consumer products, entertainment, publishing, or similar industries is a plus. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can speak both the creative and project-management languages . You don't need to be the person creating every graphic or modeling every toy, but you should understand what goes into that work and be comfortable making informed decisions when creative issues arise. You should also be highly effective at connecting teams and managing the space between them . A successful Project Manager will understand how the work of the 3D team impacts the Graphics team and vice versa, making sure information and deliverables move smoothly between departments. For example, when a 3D model changes, the Project Manager should recognize whether that change could affect packaging artwork, stickers, manuals, PDQs, or other graphics and make sure the appropriate team members are aware and have what they need to update their work. You're the person who keeps everyone moving toward the finish line — making sure deadlines are visible, tasks have owners, handoffs are clear and complete , revisions are communicated, approvals are followed up on, and nothing gets lost along the way. Ultimately, your job is to make it easier for the creative teams to do great work by ensuring they have the information, assets, direction, and time they need to succeed. Why Join Us? You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in bringing toys and licensed products from ideas to finished products. This is a highly collaborative position where organization, creativity, and problem-solving directly impact what ultimately reaches the hands of our customers. If you're an organized project manager with a creative eye who enjoys working with artists, designers, 3D modelers, packaging, and licensed properties, we'd love to hear from you.
