Overview About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Design Specialist to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator , a strong eye for detail, and an interest in eCommerce and product design. You will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to support product listings and visual assets, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and accuracy across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, strong technical skills, and an eagerness to contribute to brand growth through compelling packaging and label solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating high-quality eCommerce product listing images and A+ content. Support minor design updates and revisions for product images. Execute detailed design edits based on creative direction and feedback. Maintain organized design files and manage creative assets efficiently. Ensure all visual assets are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for digital platforms. Partner with the Operations Team to implement image updates related to packaging changes, size or format revisions, and visual accuracy. Ensure all product visuals accurately reflect current inventory and operational requirements. Deliver timely updates to support product launches, restocks, and ongoing marketplace readiness. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong typography and layout fundamentals, with exceptional attention to detail Able to execute quickly, incorporate feedback, and clearly track/document changes (e.g., versions, file naming) Strong organization and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Clear communication and a collaborative, team-oriented working style Able to work onsite at our Montclair, CA office Portfolio required (student, freelance, or personal projects accepted) demonstrating strong design fundamentals Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with packaging/label or print production (bleed, dielines, CMYK, print-ready PDF export) eCommerce design experience (Amazon listing images and/or A+ content) Understanding of eCommerce design best practices (image hierarchy, readability, compliance-friendly layouts) Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative team Bilingual (English/Mandarin Chinese) is strongly preferred.
