•ContractAbout the Role Are you passionate about bringing iconic brand stories to life in the digital space? We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Associate Art Director and global creative leadership to produce, version, and execute high-quality digital assets across our website, mobile app, email programs, social, and paid media channels. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented designer with solid typography and layout skills who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) with 2-5 years of professional digital graphic design experience.

E-Commerce Background:

Experience in retail marketing, D2C e-commerce, and high-volume, quick-turn email programs is strongly preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

solid understanding of web development workflows, HTML/CSS, responsive design, wireframes/UX architecture, browser compatibility, and digital video/motion formats.

Technical Skills & Tools Design & Prototyping:

Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).

Workflow & Asset Management:

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), project management tools (Airtable, Basecamp), and Digital Asset Management platforms (Adobe AEM) is preferred.

Core Design Abilities:

Exceptional typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills.

Soft Skills:

Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Create, version, and adapt responsive digital assets across web, app, email, blog, social, and paid media, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and UX best practices.

Email & Campaign Support:

Execute weekly promotional, lifecycle, and triggered email programs with high precision and quick turnaround times.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with creative project managers, marketers, and merchandising teams to deliver accurate, product-correct designs on schedule.

Process Improvement:

Bring a proactive approach to production workflows, helping to identify efficiencies and streamline design ops.

Trend & Quality Alignment:

Apply up-to-date digital and social media trends to maintain a relevant brand voice while upholding high standards of design, usability, and brand consistency.

Reviews & Iteration:

Participate in weekly creative reviews and construct solutions based on team feedback.
