Job Overview:

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our hair care brand to life visually. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is passionate about beauty and design and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, vibrant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing eye-catching graphics for digital and print, including product packaging, social media campaigns, website visuals, and promotional materials Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that reflect the brand's voice and values Help develop fresh concepts for seasonal campaigns and new product launches Prepare and optimize design files for print production and digital platforms Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design assets Support the creative team with various design projects and revisions Assist in managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (recent graduates welcome) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and color theory Passion for the beauty and hair care industry a plus Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively Basic project management skills or experience coordinating multiple tasks/projects is a plus Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (academic, freelance, or personal work)

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
