Graphic Designer / Customer Service & Production Specialist Go Mobile Signs is a growing commercial sign company specializing in fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, custom signage, apparel, promotional products, and print solutions. We help businesses create a consistent, professional brand presence across every touchpoint. We're looking for a motivated, creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer / Customer Service & Production Specialist Whether you're an experienced designer or someone with a strong design foundation looking to grow, we're willing to train the right person who shares our commitment to quality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Design graphics for vehicle wraps, fleet branding, storefront signage, banners, decals, apparel, and print materials. Prepare artwork for production, ensuring files are organized, accurate, and print-ready. Create customer proofs and mockups. Collaborate with customers to develop branding concepts and artwork revisions. Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with project inquiries, artwork approvals, and general questions. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide outstanding customer service. Learn industry-specific production methods, including large-format printing, vinyl cutting, apparel decoration, and signage. Work alongside our production team to ensure designs translate successfully from screen to finished product. Help maintain an organized, professional office and showroom environment. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally. Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is preferred. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus. No sign industry experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right individual with the right mindset, work ethic, and passion for design.
