Full Job Description Club13 is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic graphic designer to join our team! We're looking for an individual with a passion for graphic design, marketing, and package design, with a desire to make a difference. This candidate will work with our Art Director and other graphic designer to design print and digital marketing materials and prepare dielines for print for multiple brands. Qualifications Required US Work Authorization Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Proficiency with AI Have a keen eye and strong attention to detail Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take direction and refine designs to maintain brand standards Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills Photography and photo editing experience A portfolio of relevant design work is required for consideration Must reliably commute to the office in Hastings, FL Preferred Prior experience working with packaging dielines Video editing experience Benefits Fun work environment Work on a wide range of projects Receive guidance and feedback from the Creative Director Retirement Plan - 401K with Employer Match (after 6 months of full time employment) Medical and Dental Plans (after 3 months full time employment) Responsibilities Follow brand guides closely and focus on detail while proofing files. Design marketing materials for print and web Edit dielines and prepare art for print Understand and communicate what's trending and new in design and marketing Come up with creative ways to market products Keep files organized for easy reference and company workflow Maintain a positive and clean work environment Work and communicate with the Creative Director Schedule 8 hour shifts, 3 days a week Potential to move to full time (40 hour weeks)
