Full Job Description Description:

Con-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. is looking to hire a marketing generalist with skills in photoshop, social media, website maintenance, print marketing and email marketing. The marketing generalist will be working closely with sales departments to support their individual goals. This hire would also be responsible for large-scale print projects throughout the year including product catalogs, custom calendars, brochures, postcards, and attractive sales flyers. For a person to be successful in this role they will need to have previous experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms.

Day-to-Day Duties:

Maintain and improve company website through specific department requests Market CTM through social media, promotions, trade shows, print mailers, eBlasts, etc. Enforce established brand marketing guidelines to create a cohesive feel to individual projects and whole campaigns Proficiency in graphic design, page layout, photography, and photo editing to fulfill daily responsibilities • Copywriting and effective written communication through various marketing mediums Work with vendors in event planning and promotional product/clothing ordering capacities Identify and work towards business goals set personally and by supervisors This position is a generalist position - this addition to our team must be a "jack of all trades" and be willing to learn skills that they are not experienced in or comfortable with Assist in daily ongoing tasks associated with social media, event planning, promotional planning and ordering, fielding calls from outside vendors, and maintenance of customer contact lists Previous website maintenance experience is a plus but not required Must possess strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email; must present yourself in a professional manner through communication Keep project files organized and hit deadlines every time Work with project managers daily

Qualifications:

2 years of relevant administrative and marketing experience required Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Mac based operating systems Must be self-motivated and organized, as well as possess strong time-management skills; must be able to work efficiently and productively with limited daily direction Willingness to work fast-paced and multitask Willingness to work on both individual and team projects Willingness to be flexible with priorities of the company as a whole Willingness to learn new platforms and tools within the existing Con-Tech marketing strategy
