Graphic Designer - Apparel & Promotional Products Full-Time | In-House Position We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Rambow. This is a full-time, in-house position where you'll create artwork for screen-printed apparel, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, and promotional products . Every day brings something different. You might be creating a T-shirt design for a school or sports team, developing a logo for a business, or preparing artwork for a wide variety of specialty products. What You'll Do Create original T-shirt and apparel designs for schools, sports teams, businesses, events and organizations Design and develop logos and other custom graphics Create artwork for promotional and specialty products Prepare and modify customer artwork for production Work closely with our sales and production teams Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Ensure artwork is accurate, production-ready and meets our quality standards What We're Looking For Education or training in graphic design Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills Strong typography, layout and design skills Creativity and the ability to develop ideas from a customer's concept Excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience in the decorated apparel, screen-printing, DTF, embroidery or promotional-products industry is a plus, but not required.
