Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer / Printer Assistant to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities Develop engaging visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, digital media, and print advertising using industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CNC Software. Prepare design files meticulously for print production, ensuring accurate color management, layout precision, and adherence to prepress standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute branding strategies, including logo design, typography, layout design, and visual identity development. Assist with sign manufacturing and production design tasks, ensuring high-quality output for various signage and display materials. Support photo editing, photo manipulation, photography shoots, and digital art creation to enhance visual storytelling across platforms. Ensure consistent application of color theory and typography principles across all media while maintaining strict quality control during print production processes. Experience Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, layout design, motion graphics, and digital art projects. Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suites and CNC Software. Technical understanding of print production processes such as prepress preparation, color management systems (CMS), typesetting, sign manufacturing, and print file setup. Experience in photography—editing—and photo manipulation techniques that elevate visual content quality. Knowledge of marketing principles to create compelling marketing designs that resonate with target audiences across various media channels. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or internal teams while managing multiple projects efficiently.
